"There are as many applications for VR as you can think of, it’s restricted by your imagination." Take your students anywhere in the world with Virtual Reality! Mrs. Breen's World History II students visited the Palace of Versailles in France in a VR Google Expedition session with Mrs. Falk in the library. Mrs. Breen led her students through a tour, pointing out important details, and pausing to ask thoughtful questions. Reach out to me, your IIC, or our librarian Mrs. Falk if you would like to set up a Virtual Reality activity. See the "Google Expeditions Tipsheet" file below for more information. Office 365 is a centralized place to access all of the software you use the most, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Sway, and Forms. Visit the website www.office.com and sign in using your YCSD email. OneDrive is a great place to save your files. Teams is the spot to collaborate with other professionals, such as your PLC. I am hosting What Works Wednesdays this coming Wednesday, October 16th and would love to share how you incorporate these tools into your classroom! Check out #Clippers Innovate to see Julie Glover using Office 365 to her and her students' advantage in Atmospheric Science.
